- Chop Cut Rebuild

The critically acclaimed automotive show Chop Cut Rebuild is back, with a fifth season that delivers its high detail, audience accessible - uniquely branded concept…
If you’re a hard-core gear-head, you’re on the road to the right place. Get your fix with host Dan Woods as he reveals what it takes to be a custom classic builder. With demanding deadlines quickly becoming a reality and roadblocks rising left and right, two talented teams must come up with dynamic, innovative ways to survive the mission.
This season spans the spectrum - mixing classic beauty with modern high-tech machinery. The results will do more than blow your skirt up.
Debuting with the first Mopar featured on CCR - the iconic 1970 Barracuda. Found in a junkyard, it was just a shell until Goodmark Industries and Paul Gonzalez Custom Cars came to the rescue. With Gonzalez’ design and customizing team, and Goodmark executive Steve Tomblin giving Dan a workout with the goods - the Cuda takes on a whole new dimension of insanity meshing with classic brilliance. With an eye-catching new paint scheme and a mad n’ bad Ray Barton 528” crate Hemi boasting 830 horsepower - this baby becomes a full-grown muscle car ready to rule the road.
Next up is a 1953 Chevy Pick Up. Built from brand new, off-the-shelf Classic Industries parts and panels, this ride proves to the do-it-yourselfer that anything and everything is possible. In fact, the truck was assembled by weekend hobbyists from Classic’s employee pool. The Pick Up has a custom made TCI chassis, GM’s biggest small block 383 crate engine, a booming state of the art Sony Xplod sound system, along with unforeseen personal touches guaranteed to titillate the psyche. Classic is not only building a brand new truck, they’re also building a brand new, custom cool, state of the art Tech Center, or Garage-Mahal, as Dan and the team have come to call it.
Tune in for all the hot details as they chop, cut and rebuild their way to a pair of wild rides that steal the show, or own the street.
